| Mike_Mountford | Yes. We had exchanged emails. They were supposed to send a contract. Then, when I followed up they were supposed to send a contract. But we haven't seen a contract...so I guess I'll follow up again. |

| Mike_Mountford | TV Land should already be on W5, however, we need to assign it a new tier bit. When we do that we will shut off the uplink for TV Land because it is being uplinked by HITS. Then we will use that uplink and tier bit for Spike. these are all things that I need my engineer to do. He has a lot on his plate right now...but we WILL get it done. |

| Mike_Mountford | There is no new news on IPTV. We are still waiting for a prototype box to come through. that's the big hang up and I'm getting a bad feeing this isn't going to happen. However, I've had that feeling on other things that we were able to get done, so we won't quit trying as long as you guys are out there. |
